Since i found your website in December 2020 when i was looking for my wedding dress, i have had a really good experience with you.
You ALWAYS answer ALL my questions and in a short period of time. I have never had to wait for more than 2 days to hear back from you.
The dress i chose was perfectly done, its very beautiful and just needed an alteration that would be very expensive for me here where i live.
I contacted Promfy and they immediately gave me solutions in regard with my dress
I am very satisfied with the customer service, the dress is VERY beautiful and of great quality . im looking foward to my other dress that i will order today 🙂

I am so glad I ordered from Promfy.com! Not going to lie, I was scared when I first ordered because I couldn’t find online reviews and no one was talking about Promfy.com in my wedding groups. But I took the leap after finding the dress of my dreams and I am SO GLAD I DID!
The dresses are a 90% remake of popular designs at a fraction of the cost so the dress I received was not exactly like the one I ordered but it was close enough to make me very very happy. The Promfy team communicated well via email and were pretty prompt when I had questions.
I ordered the photo confirmation service and I am so glad I did. This gave me a chance to see the dress before it shipped and to ask questions/give feedback. The shipping after was just a few days.
In total, from order to arrival was 24 days RIGHT before Christmas so I am very impressed with how quickly it arrived.
The dress itself is very well made, comfy, and the chiffon feels like butter against my skin! I need to take the straps in a little and have a bustle added but those are my only two alterations. I had it custom fit to me after my sister (who is a seamstress) took all my measurements for me.
These photos are pre-wedding photos (obviously) but they give you an idea of what the dress is like. I am so happy.
Thank you, Promfy, for making my dream dress come through in LESS than $300! April 2021 cannot get here soon enough!!!

Promfy took 2 beautiful gowns and customized them so I could have the perfect costume for Mrs. America! The photo confirmation was certainly worth it to see the dress before it shipped. Love it!

I love it so much!! I didn’t like the photos on the photo confirmation as I felt it was not the right color so I emailed them. They quickly responded and changed the lining of the dress! It couldn’t be more perfect and I love this company!

I was nervous to order online but it looks AMAZING
Okay so i was super nervous ordering from this site because I hadn’t heard any irl reviews. I ordered this dress and added a spaghetti strap customization. The dress was at my door only about three weeks after ordering it and I love it!! the photo confirmation service scared me at first because the dress did not look great on the hanger but daaaamn I’m surprised I really love it, it fits great!!
