I loved my dress
I was extremely happy with my dress and the customer service. I was nervous about it not coming in time, but after I emailed them asking about my dress, it was put on priority and came within a week later.

Smaller size that I ordered
Too small .. my regular size is 10 but this one is one inches tighter. So I can not pull up the zipper.. and the return policy it’s more worse.. I will loss about $40 witch means I get fuck up . Sorry for my self

This dress is so gorgeous! It was my first purchase from Promfy and I couldn't be happier! The sales associates and customer service is so helpful and responds very quickly! When I wanted to change the color of the dress after I placed the order, they helped me right away and the color came perfectly! I have recommended this shop and dress to so many of my friends after getting tons of compliments at my prom, and swear by the site now. 10/10 recommend!!

Great deal formal dress
I was a bit skeptical at first, but based off of the great reviews, I took the risk. The shipping was speedy and arrived way before the expected delivery date. I was amazed with the quality of the dress. The fabric was durable an thick an the skirt has several layers of tulle and a slip. One note is that I would size up, as the arm area was a bit tight. I 100% recommend this website to anyone looking for a great deal.

eeek it broke
On the day of my event I put the dress on and was posing for pics when both the straps snapped. Neither were particularly tight yet I ended up flashing everyone. Managed to tie the dress into a halter and it worked fine. Other than that the dress was beautiful and looked amazing.

Beautiful prom dress 2020
I bought this dress for my prom, and It was the best decision I made, I was a little nervous buying the dress online just incase sometime went wrong or It didn't look like what I expected. But when I got the dress I was so pleased with it. It is honestly just so beautiful and It was very cheap. I will be wearing this dress to an elegant event again very soon :)

Beautiful dress for junior prom
I ordered this dress for my junior prom, i was extremely skeptical about buying a dress online but i went ahead and did it. The dress took a little while to get here, but i was in shock when it did. This dress is everything I had wanted and more. It is soo well made and the fabric is beautiful. I have ordered 6 of these dresses for my bridesmaids. Cant wait for everyone to see them. Im so in love with them. The colour is exactly the same as the photos but I honestly think they look much nicer in real life. 5 STARS! Will be shopping here again and again.

Beautiful dress & perfect fit! Looks exactly like the modeled picture. I was a little skeptical about ordering, but Promfy kept me updated. I also received the dress 3 days before it was even expected to arrive. I sadly won’t be able to attend my prom due to Covid-19, so the photos below don’t show me all dolled up haha.
