Wow, the dress was the perfect size and gorgeous, I was so impressed with my dress. My matric ball was mesmerizing and the compliments were overwhelming. I ordered my dress on 28/10/21 and it arrived the 29/11/21 and the communication and service was also very professional. I’ll definitely recommend promfy to anyone and will surely order again.

My dream prom dress
At first I was skeptical of Promfy, but I took a chance and my prom dress was amazing, it came really fast, I added my own embellishments to the train but everything was exactly how I visioned it to be. My friend on the right also received her dress from Promfy, we both loved them. I also won Prom Queen, the night couldn’t be more perfect and I couldn’t have had a better dress. Thank you Promfy!

It fits
I thought it was going to look cheap but it’s actually really nice and it has a little weight to it. I thought I ordered the satin version but I received velvet. I hope it won’t be too hot.

It arrived when expected. Matches the advertising photo and most importantly it fits perfectly. My daughter is delighted. I’ll load photos on the day of the event.
My only suggestion is to box the gowns for shipping. I would have paid extra for that service as the dress was bundled up like a rugby ball and took some time for the creases to drop out.

Great day! I am so sorry it took me so long to write this review! First let me say that the customer service is A1. They were very prompt via phone or email. They are also very detailed. My dress got sent to the wrong address. When I contacted them about it they were very sorry and made sure I got my dress on time.
This dress was for my 50th birthday celebration!
I am a Pastor so I made a few adjustments. The dress is beautiful and I loved it! It was a big hit!

Absolutely legit, my dress looked exactly like the dress that I purchased and I didn’t have any complications. Just make sure you get someone to measure your bust, hips, waist, and butt so that you’ll know what size you’ll need and I would recommend paying for rush shipping as well so that it’ll come in faster. With rush shipping my dress got in at 4 weeks. I personally only got the busy area sewed a little closer together. Highly recommend shopping with Promfy!!! Also go like my prom pics on IG @Jyesha.1
